I like how KeepTabz is integrated into our Slack channel and drops insights directly into our workflow. It keeps track of everything going on and feels like an employee on our team that’s active 24 hours a day. I like that the team filters out the noise to just the relevant items and helps us understand what actions we should take. KeepTabz supports all the data sources we need. Moving from manual work was incredible—it basically moved a bunch of work off our plates overnight with not a lot of effort on our side. The setup was really straightforward for us. I like how KeepTabz makes it easy to track competitors in one place without things getting messy. It helps me stay on top of updates, spot patterns, and quickly reference what others in the space are doing. For Mintlocke, it’s especially useful because it saves time switching between tools and makes competitive insights much more actionable. It keeps everything organized and easy to revisit when needed. One downside is that it can feel a bit noisy at times. There is a lot of data coming in, and not all of it is equally useful, so it takes some effort to find what actually matters. The AI has been getting better at flagging the important updates though, which is helping cut through the noise and making it easier to focus on what is relevant. I have really enjoyed the slack integration and access to information on a regular basis. The relevance scoring also helps me identify news and updates of note and directs my attention to meaningful changes in competitor messaging.
