Honestly, there is one thing I dislike and that's supports 'ticketing' system for actually listening to customer advice. I think i've been providing feedback and requests to the company for maybe over two years now. I don't think anything I've asked for has been implimented. It's like they don't care about the end user and have their own agenda. Like why the Smart DNS service blocks Australian TV channels... simply bypass it with the DNS or add them to the approved list.
