Keepr Campground Software is a cloud-based management platform built from the ground up for campgrounds, RV parks, cabin resorts, and glamping properties. Most campground software falls into two buckets: aging desktop applications that haven't been meaningfully updated in a decade, or enterprise hotel platforms adapted poorly for outdoor hospitality. Keepr is neither. It was built by a campground operator who got tired of the existing options and decided to build what the industry actually needed. The platform handles the full operational workflow: online reservations with real-time availability, an interactive site map, a point-of-sale system for camp stores, housekeeping and maintenance tracking, guest communication via automated SMS, staff scheduling, payment processing through Stripe, and a double-entry financial ledger. AI features including dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, no-show prediction, morning briefing summaries, and yield management are included at every pricing tier, not locked behind premium upgrades. Keepr uses transparent, published pricing: $100/month base plus $2.30 per confirmed booking. Zero marketplace commission. Zero per-site fees. Zero setup fees for DIY onboarding. Every software feature is available at every tier and toggles on or off from the side menu. New properties are designed to go live within 48 hours. Early access pricing is available for a limited time: Founder's Circle ($0/month forever + $0.75/booking), Pioneer ($0/month for 12 months + $1.00/booking), and Trailblazer ($14.50/month for 6 months + $1.25/booking). Keepr is bootstrapped, self-funded, and focused exclusively on campgrounds and RV parks. No hotel features bolted on. No vacation rental heritage. No PE investors pressuring for price increases.
