Keen Reviews & Product Details

Keen is an AI-native partner relationship management (PRM) and partner ecosystem platform that helps B2B companies manage commercial partnerships, shared leads, performance and rewards in one place. The platform is designed for companies running referral, reseller, co-sell, broker, advisor or other commercial partner programs. It provides companies and their external partners with shared channels where they can exchange leads, follow progress and work from the same information. Keen connects partner operations with the company’s existing technology stack. Leads and status updates can be synchronized with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, while workflows automate recurring tasks across systems. This reduces the need to manage partner activity through spreadsheets, emails, CSV files and manual CRM updates. Keen AI is built into the platform and allows users to interact with their partner data using natural language. Teams can ask questions about performance, review activity and get assistance configuring channels, workflows, integrations and reward structures. Key capabilities include: - Partner channels: Create dedicated, two-way partner channels for individual partnerships. Configure lead direction, properties, statuses, permissions and workflows according to how each partnership operates. - Lead sharing and CRM synchronization: Register, exchange and track partner-sourced leads while keeping relevant contacts, companies, deals and status updates synchronized with connected systems. - Workflow automation: Build workflows for lead transfers, CRM updates, notifications and other recurring partner operations using native integrations, forms, APIs and webhooks. - Rewards and commissions: Define flat-fee, percentage-based, tiered or milestone-based reward rules. Keen records reward events and generates periodic reports for review, approval and payment tracking. - Reporting and analytics: Monitor leads, conversion, revenue and rewards across partners and channels. Create downloadable performance reports and compare activity across selected time periods. Keen is intended for partnership teams, sales teams and business leaders who need a structured way to operate and scale commercial partner programs. It is particularly relevant for B2B companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected workflows but want their CRM to remain part of their partner management setup. By bringing partner collaboration, lead management, workflow automation, rewards and reporting together, Keen gives companies and their partners a shared view of activity across the partner ecosystem.
