Kayment Reviews & Product Details

Kayment is a comprehensive invoicing, payments, and VAT management solution tailored for Irish and European businesses. It streamlines the invoicing process by enabling businesses to send VAT-compliant invoices that customers can access and pay directly through a provided link, eliminating the need for customers to create a Kayment account or sign in. This approach simplifies the payment experience, ensuring that taxes are clearly itemized per rate and that invoices are printable for record-keeping purposes. The platform supports a variety of payment methods to accommodate diverse customer preferences. Through integration with Stripe, Kayment facilitates payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, it offers support for bank transfers aligned with the invoice's currency, including SEPA Direct Debit for euros, Bacs and open banking for British pounds, and ACH for U.S. dollars. Importantly, all payments are deposited directly into the business's own Stripe account, ensuring that Kayment does not hold any balances. To enhance cash flow management, Kayment provides automated payment reminders that can be scheduled according to the business's preferences. The system also features AI-generated collection emails, which are drafted for review and approval before dispatch, ensuring that communication remains professional and effective. For businesses requiring upfront payments, Kayment supports deposits and part payments, automatically tracking balances and issuing requests for remaining amounts as needed. Recurring billing capabilities are available for businesses offering retainers or subscription-based services, facilitating consistent revenue streams. Integration with Xero accounting software ensures that invoices, payments, and credit notes are synchronized in real-time, with each line item accurately reflecting its applicable VAT rate. At the end of each period, Kayment provides the VAT3 sales figure, calculated on either an invoice basis or a cash-receipts basis, aiding in accurate tax reporting. Kayment supports invoicing in multiple currencies, including euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), and U.S. dollars (USD), catering to businesses operating across different regions. Developed in Ireland, Kayment is designed to meet the specific needs of Irish and European businesses, offering a localized solution for invoicing, payments, and VAT management.
