Katalyz Reviews & Product Details

Katalyz is an AI collections platform built for SMEs and finance teams. Connect your accounting software or import your invoices, and the Katalyzer agent takes over the full dunning cycle: it detects overdue invoices, sends personalised email and SMS reminders, prepares calls, escalates when needed and tracks payment promises. The agent adapts tone, timing and frequency to each debtor using risk scoring and behavioural analysis, and keeps learning from results. You stay in control: you set the rules, caps and escalation scenarios, validate messages if you wish, and can pause the agent at any time. Collections remain amicable only. A real time cockpit tracks DSO, cash recovered, recovery rate and time saved. Integrations: Pennylane, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, CSV import and API. Hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant, designed in line with the EU AI Act. Multilingual agent.
