What I like best about Karbon is how it brings everything into one place. One area I'd like to see improved is the template reset functionality. When work templates are reset or updated, comments and certain contextual information don't always carry over or remain easily accessible. It would be incredibly helpful if Karbon could preserve these notes or allow users to overlay stored information onto the new template. I appreciate Karbon's feature called Triage because it's a game changer for me. It really helps by preventing me from getting sucked into dealing with items as soon as they land in my inbox.
