This is a great theme for eCommerce, easily customizable, and with incredible support.

I use my site to sell both retail and wholesale, so I have quite a few extra complications to make it work. Additionally, I'm a woodworker selling my craft online so it's important to me that my online branding match the aesthetics of my woodworking. With Kalium I'm able to control the look and the tone of every part of my site, from home-page to products to product table to portfolio to cart/checkout to basics like account details.

If I'm struggling to make something work, the support team is always responsive and helpful, helping me to isolate and debug issues, and always providing a timely and solid fix whenever they discover the issue is on their end. I love the ease with which I can apply fonts to my site to match my branding.

The theme integrates well with the large number of plugins I rely on, and it's easy to find and adjust settings to implement my site-specific needs.

The migration from Kalium 3 to Kalium 4 was difficult for me because I had so many customizations, however all settings were carried over in the migration and with their support I was able to re-apply all the needed code overrides and reduce the number of overrides by replacing them with newly available settings. If we talk about the features of Kalium, fast and well-optimized performance, lightweight theme loading speed, Header builder for website( sticky header, top bar and drag or drop header builder), attractive demos and templates, elegant theme, full typography control and woo-commerce integration features are very efficient to setup online kind of stores. Kalium is also very accessible for those who create their blog website. For bloggers who build their portfolios for showcasing images, galleries and creative work Kalium is one of the best options. Some features of Kalium make this software not handy to use like the complexity of choosing a theme and the need to provide more handy customization options according to users. One of the other things I am not liking about Kalium is the pricing. The subscription cost is very high. Support and Updates on the theme are not providing a regular basis also bloat means, sometimes unnecessary features and bundled plugins that they not required are provided by Kalium. I have received outstanding customer service from Art who has been super helpful and quickly responded to all my questions. Not only did Art help me to resolve issues and answer my questions, but he also took the time to explain how the issue could be resolved so I can fix it myself in the future.

It can be overwhelming to get started and create your first website, but the customer service provided at Kalium greatly reduced my stress levels and made the process so much more enjoyable :)

Kalium is a well-rounded multipurpose theme that allows you to create almost any kind of site you migth think of. It's well designed, intuitive and easy to set it up and custom even if you have no experience thanks to their clear documentation and wide set of theme options/features. It also counts with frequent updates and it's well integrated. Recently I've encountered a problem with the theme while updating it which cause a fatal error. Restoring a backup via FTP didn't solve the problem and I could only access wordpress desktop via a recovery mode link. Fortunately the suppport team found out it was a function that was not allowing the theme to be updated. I must say that in 6 years with Kalium this is the first time something like this happens.
