Kalium: Beautifully Customizable eCommerce Theme with Incredible Support **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Kurt M. | Owner/operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026 **What do you like best about Kalium?** This is a great theme for eCommerce, easily customizable, and with incredible support. I use my site to sell both retail and wholesale, so I have quite a few extra complications to make it work. Additionally, I'm a woodworker selling my craft online so it's important to me that my online branding match the aesthetics of my woodworking. With Kalium I'm able to control the look and the tone of every part of my site, from home-page to products to product table to portfolio to cart/checkout to basics like account details. If I'm struggling to make something work, the support team is always responsive and helpful, helping me to isolate and debug issues, and always providing a timely and solid fix whenever they discover the issue is on their end. I love the ease with which I can apply fonts to my site to match my branding. The theme integrates well with the large number of plugins I rely on, and it's easy to find and adjust settings to implement my site-specific needs. I can't speak highly enough about my experience using this theme. **What do you dislike about Kalium?** The migration from Kalium 3 to Kalium 4 was difficult for me because I had so many customizations, however all settings were carried over in the migration and with their support I was able to re-apply all the needed code overrides and reduce the number of overrides by replacing them with newly available settings. My updated site is cleaner, faster, more robust, and will be easier to maintain after having made the migration. **What problems is Kalium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kalium lets me implement a customizable eCommerce site for my woodworking craft that matches my hard-copy branding and that allows both retail and wholesale sales. ### 2. The project required numerous customizations and a high level of flexibility, and the support team was punctual, precise, and almost constantly present, providing quick, clear, and consistently effective answers. Thanks to their continuous support, the theme proved to be highly versatile, stable, and easy to shape according to my needs. An incredibly reliable, skilled, and genuinely helpful team. I wholeheartedly recommend Kalium. **What do you dislike about Kalium?** Sometimes we lost some time to explain or understand the needs, but it could be because I am not a technician or we are not native English speakers. **What problems is Kalium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their meticulous attention to detail truly impressed me. They not only offered thorough guidance, but also helped with tasks beyond their strict scope, suggesting tailored solutions and even providing custom CSS snippets, always with great patience and professionalism. ### 3. Top quality theme with the best human support **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lula R. | Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2025 **What do you like best about Kalium?** Let me tell you a quick story. I bought my first Kalium license 9 years ago. It was the best investment I made in my web designer career. It allowed me to build a large-scale website that opened the door to several other projects. Today I have already developed more than 20 websites. I also need to highlight that the value is not only in the ease of use of the available resources but mainly in the extremely high-quality human support that the Laborator team has always given me. I could go on telling details like the kind year end holiday message that one day appeared discreetly in my dashboard, but I think you already have a good idea of how passionate and committed these guys are to what they do. For these and other reasons, I am forever grateful to the entire Laborator team and motivated for the new projects to come. **What do you dislike about Kalium?** I just like everything about Kalium its the best WordPress theme I've ever worked with. **What problems is Kalium solving and how is that benefiting you?** From small and simple to large scale and complex, Kalium helps me build beautiful websites with ease. ### 4. This is the theme you should buy. I wish I could give it a higher rating than a 10! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Frank B. | photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account **Source: Organic:** Organic review. From the moment I started using Kalium, their team has consistently gone above and beyond. Every request I made—whether for functionality enhancements or clarification of WordPress related - misunderstandings on my part — was met with lightning-fast, thoughtful responses. What truly sets Kalium apart is their customer-first approach. They guided me, informed me, and listened to every request, no matter how big or small. Amazingly, they never once said "no" to a request, providing solutions that exceeded expectations every time. For the small amount I paid for this theme, the value I’ve received has been worth it ten times over. Kalium’s team has made my experience seamless and enjoyable, turning challenges into opportunities to improve my site. If you’re considering Kalium, I can confidently say it’s an investment you won’t regret. Their support team is simply unparalleled and the product works spectacularly well. **What do you dislike about Kalium?** I like everything about it. It's the best theme I ever used. **What problems is Kalium solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a fine art photographer and travel blogger. The Kalium theme is super perfect for building out a photography site. All photos and videos look fantastic, the blogs run fast, and the support is a quantum leap above any other theme I ever used. ### 5. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Kalium?** One of the best things about Kalium is providing a vast of elegant and premium features for website builders and users who want to create an elegant and attractive website. If we talk about the features of Kalium, fast and well-optimized performance, lightweight theme loading speed, Header builder for website( sticky header, top bar and drag or drop header builder), attractive demos and templates, elegant theme, full typography control and woo-commerce integration features are very efficient to setup online kind of stores. Another thing about Kalium is its fast and efficient customer support, responsive design, and user-friendly interface make it more attractive than other WordPress websites. **What do you dislike about Kalium?** Some features of Kalium make this software not handy to use like the complexity of choosing a theme and the need to provide more handy customization options according to users. One of the other things I am not liking about Kalium is the pricing. The subscription cost is very high. Support and Updates on the theme are not providing a regular basis also bloat means, sometimes unnecessary features and bundled plugins that they not required are provided by Kalium. **What problems is Kalium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kalium provides an abundance of attractive and imaginative pre-designed layouts as well as customization choices. This is beneficial for people who want to construct aesthetically beautiful and unique websites without requiring considerable design expertise. Kailum is also popular among creative artists, designers and photographers due to its portfolio-focused features.
