Kahrbon Reviews & Product Details

Kahrbon handles two everyday workplace jobs in one account: welcoming visitors and capturing what gets decided in meetings. Visitors check in at a reception tablet, a Building Security kiosk, or on their own phone with a one-time QR code, and hosts get an email and in-app alert the moment their guest arrives. Security teams can screen guests against a watchlist, collect NDA signatures at check-in, and export visit history. On the meeting side, the Kahrbon Note Taker joins Microsoft Teams calls, produces a speaker-labeled transcript, and drafts minutes, decisions and action items with owners, so follow-up lands in tasks instead of getting lost. Kahrbon works with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and offers a 15-day free trial.
