The time they start delivering the food is not the best, as my kids use to go to bed at 8pm and most of the restaurants are able from 7pm, so no time enough for request the food. Sometimes I've done a purchase and the restaurant was closed all the day...of course they returned my money back but at the end I have to cook something for my family as there's no food in that case. I live rurally and it can be hard to get to resteraunts that I want to order from and drive to for collection that are outside my delivery range. I find myself putting in false addresses to get the right places to show up. Better ability to seach more generically by town would be appreciated. also Chinese isn't one of the default filter options and requires a further menu, Chinese seems popular enough to prioritise.
