**What do you like best about Just AI?**

Solutions for voice and text chats and business tasks.
User-friendly interface. 
Wide-opened preferences for tuning and using.
Best ever seen a framework compared to analogues.

**What do you dislike about Just AI?**

An inflated threshold for entering the technology. Sometimes it is difficult to understand some feature and you have to look for similar problems and solutions on third-party sites. User support and an experience exchange forum are not very developed.

**What problems is Just AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Informing the supplier about tenders, working with users, and the opportunity to answer frequently asked questions are very often used.
