Jurny Reviews & Product Details

Jurny is the all-in-one AI operating system built for modern property managers and boutique hoteliers. Powered by NIA, Jurny's proprietary suite of AI agents, the platform automates the work that used to take entire teams — from guest messaging and upsells to revenue optimization and maintenance coordination. What makes Jurny different is NIA. Most PMSs give you tools. Jurny gives you autonomous agents that act on your behalf: • NIA Guest Experience Agent handles 100% of guest inquiries 24/7 — across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and your direct channel — without human intervention • NIA Revenue Agent dynamically adjusts pricing based on demand, local events, and comp set activity • NIA Ops Agent coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and supply replenishment automatically after each checkout • NIA Review Agent monitors guest sentiment in real time and triggers review collection at the right moment The result? Operators using Jurny report 70% reduction in manual work, lower staffing costs, and higher guest satisfaction scores. Everything is built in — channel manager, PMS, automated messaging, smart lock integration, noise monitoring, guest verification, direct booking website, and more. No stitching together 7 different apps. No monthly add-on fees for features that should come standard. Jurny is trusted by property managers running 1 unit to 1,000+.
