Jovaro AI Reviews & Product Details

Jovaro AI is call quality assurance software for contact centers. It evaluates recorded customer calls against an organization's own QA scorecard and compliance standards, records the evidence behind each score, and surfaces the calls that need human review. QA teams define custom scorecards, run evaluations in scheduled batches across large call volumes, and track scores, call intelligence, and agent performance from one dashboard. Every evaluation returns the transcript evidence supporting each score so results can be explained and reviewed. Jovaro AI connects to telephony and call recording platforms for automatic call ingestion, and applies access controls and client data isolation. Plans are billed per audio minute and include unlimited users.
