## About Jolv
Jolv is a valuation platform for private equity and venture capital funds. Investment and finance teams run quarterly or half-yearly valuation campaigns per fund vehicle under the IPEV Valuation Guidelines (December 2025 edition), in fair value or historic cost mode. Each holding is valued with market multiples, transaction multiples and discounted cash flow cross-checks. The illiquidity discount is applied on multiples by default, consistent with IPEV 2025 §3.4, or on the fair value of the holding. An equity bridge and waterfall take enterprise value down to the fund's share, instrument by instrument (ordinary and preferred shares, warrants, convertibles, bonds, current accounts), with MOIC and IRR. A private debt module values senior, unitranche, mezzanine, PIK and venture debt. Every change is versioned, timestamped and attributable in an immutable audit trail. Submission, review and approval run by role, and Freeze & Lock makes a finalised campaign immutable for the auditor. Jolv also keeps portfolio company records and a deal flow pipeline. Jolv is a valuation tool: it does not do fund accounting, LP statements or capital calls; its valuation exports feed the manager's own investor reporting. Production data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Paris). Available in English and French. Published by Olifin B.V., Eindhoven, Netherlands.
