I like being able to view attendees and payments at the touch of a button. The support team are always on hand to help with any issues and they are always keen to listen and act on ways that can help Eventleaf work more efficiently for my business. It's so easy to use. Eventleaf is intuitive and easy to use right from the start. After completing our software demo, we jumped in and had most of our event built out in about an hour of work! We love the surveys feature for pre-event communications and post-event follow-up with attendees. We haven't used the in-session poll feature yet, but we're excited to use it in our upcoming event next month. We'd like to see a 'run-of-show' feature for use by event planning staff. The agenda is great, the user-specific (customized) agendas are fantastic, AND it would be nice if we had access to a more robust, customizable agenda that would support events, tasks, and activities that do not need to be on the user agenda. The payment issues. I do events for many organizations, yet Eventleaf wants my company's tax info. I'm not a pass-through for the other businesses and my W-9 shouldn't be needed. They need to allow for many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to design a registration system with website. Screen design for registration types and registration options is intuitive. Able to create my content within the overall layout established by Eventleaf. Receive email notifications when attendees register. Would like to be able to:

- Create my own reports.

- Change the font on standard event details (e.g., name and dates).

- Add registration options or another person to an existing registration and charge to the credit card used on the original registration.

Our only recommendation is to allow for the adjustment of the font size on the printable name tags. The largest size is a bit too small Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only con I can think of is that each event must be approved before it can go live, and sometimes it takes hour or days. I'd prefer to be able to share my event as soon as it's created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
