We are a nonprofit who hosts an annual conference. Last year was our first year using an app and we went with Eventleaf. Eventleaf has great customer support, and the app/event services were user friendly and easy to set up. Eventleaf makes event management simple and stress-free. The interface is intuitive, registration is seamless, and features like email reminders and attendee tracking save a lot of time. I use to track Rsvps by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. The Event Leaf platform has provided a professional and easy to use platform to enable registrations to the conference I organise and host. It is relatively straightforward to set up and has many features that make the platform user friendly. Being web based means I can access it wherever I am and whenever I need to. I have found the plans a bit confusing, in particular how registrations are counted. I run one conference per year for 100 registrations and have been provided with the Starter pack which allows for 100 free registrations (which is great!). However, if people register and then cancel, those registrations are counted as part of the 100. Or registrations from last year's conference somehow are counted in this year's meeting as an overall count. Having said that, when I have contacted Event Leaf for support surrounding this issue, they have always provided a satisfactory solution for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really likely how user friendly and intuitive event leaf was to set up. It was really easy to customise and the support team were friendly and helpful and really understood our needs as a small not for profit. I really appreciated the wide variety of features that the Eventleaf app offers, especially because everything is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly from the very beginning. The setup process is smooth and allows for great personalization — adding logos, images, and customizing the colors of texts and banners was easy and quick. One of the biggest time-savers for me was the ability to import agenda items and contact lists directly from Excel, which worked seamlessly. I also like that the platform includes plenty of useful features without feeling overwhelming, unlike some other tools I've tried. A major bonus is that sponsors and speakers can update their own profiles, which reduces the need to chase people with follow-up emails — a big plus during busy event planning phases.

I started using Eventleaf just one month before the event, which is a pity — it has so many great features that would have saved me a lot of time and nerves if I had implemented it earlier. While the overall experience was great, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The language translation feature, especially in Czech, still needs work — some phrases weren’t accurate or smooth. I also found the banner setup to be a bit frustrating. Although I selected a specific part of my uploaded image, the final result on the webpage looked different — the image was enlarged and cropped in unexpected ways. Another suggestion would be to provide clearer data import templates. While there's a basic format provided, the cell formatting (such as date format) is critical for a successful upload — for instance, "16.6.2025" won’t work, but "6/16/2025" will, which I only figured out through trial and error. I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too. Easy to setup and format the basic event information, pricing structure and communication emails. Our event attendees found it easy to use and navigate. The free service is very comprehensive. The largest issue we had was with need for a registration site that can be used in multiple languages (not the most common issue for most).
