We've used Eventleaf for several of our organization's events. Eventleaf makes it easy to maintain registration lists for our events. The platform is easy to navigate and use, and the registration forms are highly customizable to fit our needs for the different types of events. Eventleaf is intuitive, easily customizable, and includes all the functionality needed to run a successful conference event or fundraiser--A user app, online registration, ticketing, badges, analytics and reports, and an easy to navigate, easy-to-use interface. I ordered the event leaf platform as a "last-minute decision" because my event is very near after exploring 3-4 platforms to select one of them. At the beginning, I chose eventleaf because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied. The mobile app is very easy to be used by the average jo. However, I think it needs to load faster than now. The app loading time should go lower. The integration with Zoom is not as comprehensive as I would like. Still testing but it would appear that the Eventleaf portal simply launches Zoom as a separate app. Once in Zoom, it is unclear how users will interact with both Zoom and Eventleaf for Q&A, surveys and so on. I will soon find out and hopefully update this review.

The interface is straightforward to use and provides a very professional feel to our registration and event management. It's really affordable for midsized teams that may not have the bandwidth to use all the features of the more expensive platforms. It captures a lot of information and you can customize the attendee registration questions and fields. It also allows you to accept payments in different currencies based on the country. Customer service is not easily accessible by phone...but they do get back to you with assistance. I mention this but its not a dealbreaker because there is very little need for customer service. The platform is very easy to use with customizable features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some customizations I would like to implement for payment. I think they will be able to accommodate me, but I would have liked to have seen a few more capabilities when I was testing the product.
