What stood out most was the customer support we received throughout the process. The team at Eventleaf was responsive to emails and was willing to schedule calls to answer any questions we had during the developing phases. 2. Eventleaf offers great value for the price. The platform is affordable while still providing essential features for our event. 3. Building the registration page and mobile event app was super straightforward. The interface was user-friendly, and the preview option reassured us that our final product would be effective. 4. We have been very pleasantly surprised with how customizable the software has been. We have been encouraged to collaborate with the customer service team to troubleshoot aspects of the website and app that we'd like adjusted to our specific needs. 5. Their integration with printers to allow for registration name tag printing was an impressive feature. 6. We love the detailed and personalized event confirmation email recipients receive after registration. This will make changing their registration and checking in at the event simple. 7. We love that registrants can assign or add someone else to help them manage their registration. We work with very high-level individuals who will find this function very handy. 8. Adding speakers was a super easy process! **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** One way we used registration was to gauge interest and ensure popular sessions were not running concurrently. Therefore, our agenda and session options could differ from the initial registration form. However, based on the interface, session registration options can only be changed by having the attendees alter the registration. The best-case scenario would have been to allow registration option times to be adjusted without having attendees modify the registration. Another con for us was that we didn’t need the event website but rather chose to use our own for the event details. Unfortunately, the event title on the registration page required a link to the Eventleaf event webpage (which we didn’t utilize). The final con was that it would have been helpful to have the registration sessions the attendee has picked inform a personalized agenda. Based on our experience, registration options indicate the sessions the attendee will attend, but the app's agenda shows all the agenda items (not filtered by registration). The workaround is having attendees favorite sessions they are interested in and filtering by 'favorites'; however, based on our experience, we could not see the data on favorited sessions. **What problems is Eventleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventleaf was helping to streamline our registration process by offering a registration website that intrgrates with badge printing technology. ### 5. The platform can be as easy or as tech savvy as you want. **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** I find it challenging to add more recipients to my invitation. At our company, we often send an invitation and then have more recipients to add to the list. In order to add more recipients, we have to clone the invitation and it just takes a bit longer than I'd like. **What problems is Eventleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an annual event that typically has about 150-200 registrations. We cannot manually keep track of the acceptances and declines and Eventleaf does that for us! It is also a great tool when tracking those invitation recipients who have not opened the invite or responded so we can follow up accordingly. ### 6. The professional event page is a huge asset for our event, as is the easy-to-use app (which we’ve also used to host a virtual conference for over 400 people). Registration is both easy to make and customizable to even the quirkiest of registration setups. I've been so impressed by this company's customer service (or better yet, by the product that requires little-need for customer supprot). **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** I would enjoy more control over customization, but that would undoubtedly lead to a less intuitive platform. **What problems is Eventleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** In 2020, we went virtual, and in 2021, we went hybrid. We wanted an app to help support our move into hybrid conferencing. However, other companies were charging unmanageable prices on top of an already pricey annual contract. Eventleaf offered this at a fraction of the cost. For the past decade, we have also worked with a big-brand event management software company, and it was miserable--poor customer service and a non-intuitive, convoluted, difficult-to-manage interface. It was also costly. Eventleaf offered the same functionality (more!), a pain-free experience, and provided excellent customer service. ### 14. At the beginning, I chose eventleaf because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied. **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** The mobile app is very easy to be used by the average jo. However, I think it needs to load faster than now. The app loading time should go lower. Still testing but it would appear that the Eventleaf portal simply launches Zoom as a separate app. Once in Zoom, it is unclear how users will interact with both Zoom and Eventleaf for Q&A, surveys and so on. I will soon find out and hopefully update this review. The inclusion of an attendance certificate and feedback is also a big plus. **What problems is Eventleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventleaf solves the problem of having a registration platform for a hybrid event that can be customised to inform attendees with the information they need to know. It's really affordable for midsized teams that may not have the bandwidth to use all the features of the more expensive platforms. It captures a lot of information and you can customize the attendee registration questions and fields. It also allows you to accept payments in different currencies based on the country. We also like the upload features so that our attendees can submit documents to use as they register. **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** Customer service is not easily accessible by phone...but they do get back to you with assistance. I mention this but its not a dealbreaker because there is very little need for customer service. We use this to allow clients to register for training and customer events. Thes events take place online and in person. I think they will be able to accommodate me, but I would have liked to have seen a few more capabilities when I was testing the product. After completing our software demo, we jumped in and had most of our event built out in about an hour of work! We love the surveys feature for pre-event communications and post-event follow-up with attendees. We haven't used the in-session poll feature yet, but we're excited to use it in our upcoming event next month. Excellent support for questions we've asked along the way, and the pricing model works well for our small event sizes. **What do you dislike about Eventleaf?** We'd like to see a 'run-of-show' feature for use by event planning staff. The agenda is great, the user-specific (customized) agendas are fantastic, AND it would be nice if we had access to a more robust, customizable agenda that would support events, tasks, and activities that do not need to be on the user agenda. **What problems is Eventleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?** Limiting attendee emails, both for outgoing announcements, and for incoming questions. Our next event is split into different sections, with different attendees being there for different days, so the customized agendas are a great fit.
