## Joint Academy Reviews
  ### 1. Good Patient Adherence and Monitoring with Joint Academy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia S. | Unit Manager for a Rehabilitation Clinic, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Joint Academy?**

A major advantage of working with Joint Academy is that it provides excellent conditions for the patient. They gain better adherence and understanding of their exercises, while I, as a therapist, can monitor the patient throughout their training. I can identify if adherence decreases, and there is also the opportunity to address questions about an exercise directly whenever needed.

One disadvantage is that, at present, it can sometimes require a fair amount of administrative time — for example, helping the patient register, potentially providing support during the registration process, reviewing comments, answering questions, updating exercise programs, and so on.

**What do you dislike about Joint Academy?**

I do not dislike anything in particular. One drawback is that not all the exercises I would normally use as a therapist are available in the app, but this is something that is continuously being developed.

**What problems is Joint Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joint Academy listens to the therapists’ wishes and needs in order to make it possible to use the app to a greater extent. Updates such as allowing patients to register before an invitation is sent, an expanded exercise library, and the ability to adjust the number of repetitions and/or sets in the exercises, among other things, are valuable improvements.

  ### 2. Great tool for both patients and staf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda K. | Clinic Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Joint Academy?**

What I like best is the excellent patient adherence to the exercise programs. This leads to better treatment outcomes and more successful rehabilitation. Additionally, the platform is very user-friendly for both patients and staff, and it’s great to be able to track progress and see that patients are consistently doing their exercises

**What do you dislike about Joint Academy?**

There are few disadvantages. The platform is still developing, so it hasn't reached its full potential yet, but the ongoing improvements are promising.

**What problems is Joint Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joint Academy effectively reduces the workload for our therapists. It allows us to help more patients in less time, while maintaining or even improving the quality of care. Additionally, it offers therapists greater flexibility and freedom, enabling them to work from locations outside of the traditional clinic setting.

  ### 3. Streamlined Patient Management with Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J . | Physical Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Joint Academy?**

I like the layout; it's kinda seamless, making it easy for me to select exercises and provide them to patients. The setup is pretty easy, with a few learning curves but not all that challenging. This layout and overall design help me respond and tweak exercises in the moment. The seamless interface also makes it easy for patients to give me feedback on how they're feeling with each exercise, which helps with the overall flow of work and enhances my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Joint Academy?**

I don't know if it's me per se, but for the patients I use, a lot of them are elderly. So a lot of them don't know how to log on or they wanna receive certain notifications. Sometimes it's just a learning gap with the age of patients that we work with, the demographics.

**What problems is Joint Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Joint Academy to organize and quickly locate exercises for patients, helping schedule appointments and communicate. Its seamless layout and feedback system make selecting exercises easy, improving workflow efficiency and productivity.

  ### 4. Revolutionized Exercise Program Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari L. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Joint Academy?**

I like how Joint Academy enhances communication and continuity of care with patients. The chat function is great for staying in contact and providing quick support when needed. I find the video consultations particularly beneficial as they offer flexibility, allowing for patient assessments and guidance remotely when in-person visits aren't feasible. The app makes managing exercise programs structured and efficient, allowing easy creation and adjustment of individual training plans. It also improves follow-ups by providing continuous insights into patients' progress, reducing the need for additional information collection. I appreciate the improved communication with patients, which keeps us connected even when they can't visit the clinic in person. Overall, the initial setup was good.

**What do you dislike about Joint Academy?**

One area of improvement is having a wider variety of exercises available to better meet the needs of different patients and conditions. A larger variety of exercises would be helpful to better tailor programs to different patient needs and levels. Another improvement would be the ability to print exercise programs so they can be given to patients in paper format. It would also be beneficial to allow multiple treatment areas for the same patient, for example addressing both knee and shoulder issues within the same program.

**What problems is Joint Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Joint Academy helps us manage exercise programs efficiently, tailor training plans, track patient progress easily, and improve communication via chat and video consultations, allowing remote support.

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

I love the ability to provide the care that I need to my patients from the comfort of my own home. Being able to expand access to care to those who are not able to physically be in the clinic is great!

**What do you dislike about Joint Academy?**

Sometimes the ability to utilize multiple areas of the documentation, while performing a video meeting can be challenging.

**What problems is Joint Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Joint Academy and its platform are helping me expand the scope of who I can treat by using AI to improve the efficiency of my documentation.
