I like Johanson Group's experience in the industry as they've been doing this for a long time and know exactly what we need. The communication has been great, and we have a very good portal to manage our data on, which altogether works out best for us. We appreciate everything they offer as part of our audit process. I find working with Johanson Group through the Vanta platform very seamless, and they are excellent at communicating what's needed and how we're progressing through the audit process. Their auditing service was great, and it helped us get our first SOC 2 report as a startup organization. This created value for us by establishing trust with business partners and facilitating audits in a way that didn't interrupt our business continuity. I would like to see what else they offer.
