JobField Reviews & Product Details

JobField is a field service management CRM for home-service trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, garage door, locksmith, pool service and roofing. Everything runs from one app. A live dispatch map shows every tech and truck in real time, so urgent calls go to whoever is genuinely closest. A drag-and-drop board rebuilds the day in seconds. Technicians get the stop, customer history and directions on iOS or Android, then invoice and take payment on-site with Tap to Pay on iPhone — no card reader to buy. Flat pricing: $49, $149 and $299 per month for the whole company, never per technician. Adding your fourth or fourteenth tech doesn't change the bill. Bring your own keys: connect your own Twilio, Stripe and AI accounts and pay those providers directly at cost, with no markup from JobField. Your numbers and customer data stay yours. Free 14-day trial, no credit card required.
