Jobdrive Reviews & Product Details

Jobdrive is AI resume screening and interviewing software for employers and recruitment agencies that receive more applications than their team can review. Employers create a job by pasting or generating a job description, then collect CVs through an apply link or by uploading PDFs in batches of 50. Jobdrive scores each CV against the role and gives a plain reason for each candidate's rank, processing around 500 CVs in under 30 minutes. Shortlisted candidates receive a text or voice AI interview link by WhatsApp or email. Each interview has 10 questions drawn from the job description, the candidate's CV and any must-ask questions the employer adds. Voice interviews also assess clarity and confidence. For each candidate, Jobdrive produces a score, transcript, recording where relevant and an AI summary, which employers can compare side by side. Jobdrive does not make hiring or rejection decisions. The final selection stays with the employer.
