We were among the first to offer such things as conjoint survey design in multiple languages and custom exercises utilizing drag and drop, image manipulation, response dependent functionality and virtual environments. We continuously add to our capabilities and have maintained our status as a leader in the industry. We work with companies that do not have internal survey resources as their sole survey provider. For companies that already have a solution we can assist with their overflow in either volume or technology. Our work is distinguished by extraordinary, over-the-top service to our clients. Surveys are programmed by software engineers, using our own proprietary tools. When you call, you’ll speak with someone who understands your project. We respond quickly and have unmatched flexibly to meet our clients’ needs. We are not afraid of any level of complexity, rush jobs, last-minute changes, and data needed yesterday. ## Jibunu Reviews ### 1. They provide valuable insight on how to improve things to help the customer experience. **What do you dislike about Jibunu?** Jibunu initially delivers really high quality and timely results. However, once you develop a partnership it is quite unfortunate that things seem to go downhill. Timing and quality both suffer. Their QC team does not thoroughly check the links and many things break and take a long time to fix. They have very intelligent people on their team, but I have noticed that they have begun to slack and try to take the easy way out instead of properly implementing things. **What problems is Jibunu solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I said, Jibunu has helped us create very advanced surveys that would not be possible with many other less advanced companies. ### 2. The team is very responsive, and their platform does a great job with multimode data collection -- clean, intuitive UIs across all screens. They do a great job with complex, out-of-the-box surveys, as the software is robust and the team very experienced in the business. They've seen it all. They help us when we don't have the capacity, but more importantly when we need specialized, custom work that only Jibunu can achieve. We are better able to meet our clients' goals because of Jibunu. **What do you like best about Jibunu?** They have a similar personality to our firm. They feel like a true extension of our team vs. 'just a supplier'. **What do you dislike about Jibunu?** We don't have enough opportunities to partner. Thus, when opportunities do arise, it's a bit like starting all over and getting to know each other again. This isn't Jubunu's fault, but rather our ability to do most of our jobs inhouse. **What problems is Jibunu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capacity issues.
