"Easy Time Tracking and Leave Management, but the Mobile App Could Be More Reliable"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is how easy it is to use for both employees and management. The platform provides a simple and efficient way to track working hours, making it much easier to manage attendance and timesheets. One of the best features is the holiday and leave management system. Employees can submit leave requests quickly, and managers can review and approve them without any complicated process. The interface is clear, user-friendly, and requires very little training to get started. It helps reduce administrative work, improves visibility of employee attendance, and keeps all records organized in one place. Overall, Jibble is a reliable and practical tool that simplifies workforce management and saves valuable time for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

One area where Jibble could be improved is the mobile app experience. Occasionally, some team members experience issues with the app not functioning properly, which can make clocking in and out less reliable. While these issues are not frequent, they can be frustrating when they occur. Another feature that took some time for our team to understand is that Jibble does not allow two active clock-in sessions at the same time. This restriction makes sense from a tracking perspective, but it is not immediately obvious to new users and can cause confusion until they become familiar with the system. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but improvements in these areas would enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking and Payroll Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I appreciate Jibble's easy-to-use platform, which enhances my user experience and ensures that navigating through its features is straightforward and efficient. Time tracking capabilities in Jibble are invaluable to me, as they help in monitoring the hours worked by my team, streamlining our workflow significantly. The initial setup of Jibble was incredibly easy, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10, which speaks volumes about its user-centric design and intuitive installation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I find the holiday features in Jibble lacking. It would be beneficial to have more knowledge and features related to managing holidays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous Free Plan with Simple Setup and Reliable Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most about Jibble is its generous free plan that doesn't compromise the core features. It's straightforward to set up, the interface is simple to use, and attendance and time-tracking work reliably for our small team. It's a solid, cost-effective option for startups or businesses looking for an easy attendance solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The free plan has some limitations, particularly around advanced reporting and customization. Several features are reserved for paid plans, and the mobile app can occasionally feel sluggish. That said, as a free solution it still offers excellent value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Reliable Time Tracking Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like best about Jibble is that it is simple and easy to use for tracking work hours. The clock-in and clock-out process is quick, and it helps maintain transparency in time tracking. I also like that it gives a clear view of attendance, working hours, and productivity, which is useful while working remotely with Turing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I do not have any major dislikes about Jibble. It works well for time tracking, but the user experience could be made even smoother with clearer notifications and simpler navigation in some sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic Screenshots, Time Tracking, and GPS Make Attendance Monitoring Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I like the automatic screenshot capture, time tracking, and GPS features, as they make it easier to monitor attendance and productivity while keeping records organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

While Jibble is generally easy to use, we recently encountered an issue where screenshots were not following the configured 2-minute interval despite the settings being properly set. We also had to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app to sync the latest settings. Improving screenshot consistency and automatic synchronization would make the experience more seamless for administrators and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Attendance Tracking with Robust Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I find Jibble very helpful for small businesses, particularly appreciating its advanced features like location tagging and active location tracker which help me get the current and live location of my teammates without calling them. I like that it syncs with other work schedule apps and has a billing system that charges per member rather than forcing a bundle package purchase. The setup was super convenient with the robust AI BOT help. Jibble’s flexibility, transparency, and advanced features and tools make it stand out amongst its peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I think the attendance reports can be improved to offer more customization options. I'd like to be able to select data columns and fields, including time, Punch IN & Punch out Location, Notes, Approval, and Leave details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kiosk Mode Made Staff Check-Ins Effortless—and It’s Free"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

It has kiosk mode so I just need 1 device to make sure my staff check in and out during the work day at our pickleball facility. It has both IOS and Android app versions which makes it easy for different staff to log in. The interface is easy to understand. Nevermind that its free so its just been an amazing tool for us.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I havent seen a downside for now. I do find that the reports can be a bit lacking and you have to wait a bit before you can see the report available for viewing or download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Minimalist, Smooth UI with Easy Clockify Import"
4/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

The Entire UI gives very minimalistic and easy to understand vibe. It doesnt overwhelm with bunch of features just for the sake of adding it. Also the data import feature like importing from clockify which helps in migrating from existing timesheet apps. Performance wise feels smooth and not very laggy. Havent tried the paid plans yet although the product seems very good from tier itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

The dislike is mostly related to how the platform is structured for timesheet tracking. For example if someone is coming from Clockfiy where they have been tracking against Client, project and a Tag where as Jibble only had 2 variables to track against although we could do some workarounds but still. "Easy Setup, Great for Time Tracking and Xero Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

I love how Jibble keeps all the information in one easy-to-find place, organizing it so it's not an admin mess. It makes processing timesheets and project invoices much quicker and provides a reliable source of information for Xero and my record-keeping. I like its easy-to-use interface and Google Chrome extension. The Google Chrome extension makes it easy and fuss-free for me to log time against each project without having to open up a whole new window, keeping my workspace less cluttered. The interface on the main website makes it super easy to navigate, which saves me time when I need to open it for more detailed tasks. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

I find some of the buttons / drop down menus within the website to be a bit slow or have a bit of lag between when they are pressed. I think the integration into Xero could be made a bit more obvious as it wasn't clear to me when first signing up that I also needed to create a separate Jibble account after already gaining access through Xero for the chrome extension and apps to work. "Easy Mobile Attendance for Field Staff—A Practical Alternative to Fixed Biometrics"
5/5
What do you like best about Jibble?

What I like most is how easy Jibble is to use on smartphones. We previously relied on a fixed biometric attendance system at our head office, but we replaced it with the Jibble app because the fixed setup wasn’t practical for our project field staff. You also can’t realistically install physical machines at every project location without running into high costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jibble?

Since our project sites are in very remote areas, we often run into issues with GPS tracking. The app doesn’t pick up our GPS location reliably most of the time, especially in places with sketchy connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
