What do you like best about Jet Analytics?

Highly flexible product with great user documentation. Jet offers great customer support as well as user self guided tutorials and a vast knowledge base of topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jet Analytics?

As with most software packages the more flexible it is the more complicated it can be. This is not so much a con since they also offer multiple levers of user interface with built in automation but it does require a more than average knowledge of Excel to take full advantage of the product. What do you like best about Jet Analytics?

I love having the ability to pull information from multiple systems into a single report, writing reports the way I and my company want to see them, filtering data as necessary for the user, and the ability to schedule reports and have them automatically send out based on my parameters. I also like to have the ability to drill down and see the base data that drives the results in the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jet Analytics?

More of a wish...I wish that when a user went to run a report, if the option field is a date, that there was a little calendar "date-picker" that could show up. It would just be easier than having to look at a calendar to figure out what the date was 2 weeks ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jet Analytics:

Carefully review your needs and weigh the ability to design and produce your own customized reports to suit you and your company versus the canned reports that come with many software packages. I think you will find that Jet makes it easy to get the information you want, when you want it, and you can be confident in the results because YOU know where they came from. What problems is Jet Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to schedule reports for sick/vacation time available/used; capital project status; daily sales information and statistics; financial statements; inventory...we use Jet for nearly all of our financial reporting and rely heavily on it for reporting and analysis in all areas of the company.
