## About JESAMO — Badgeuse virtuelle & pointage RH
JESAMO is a virtual time clock and HR management software that tracks employee attendance and documents work hours. The platform replaces traditional paper or spreadsheet time tracking with a mobile virtual badging system, accessible from any smartphone. JESAMO logs work hours automatically, supports flexible and remote work arrangements, and lets managers monitor attendance in real time. The software includes a recurring weekly planning tool, absence reporting, and a monthly hours summary — all without a recurring subscription. Employees are identified by a personal PIN code, and every correction to a time record is logged with a reason, keeping the data reliable and traceable.
