I do value so much the technical support we get, how the agents try to always fix our issues and they even update their tools sometimes having in mind their clients needs that are not yet covered. **What do you dislike about Jepto?** We haven't found so far anything to dislike. **What problems is Jepto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jepto solves problems of kpi tracking for google listings, allow us to bulk publish pictures, posts, updates, check and respond to reviews, have connected other profiles such as bing maps for our same offices having them synced at the same time. It is also beneficial that we can segregate different projects and see all kpis filtered by projedct, we can check rating, q&a pending, work with variables when bulk posting, etc. ### 2. We'd been looking for better ways to monitor campaigns, and we tried many different SAAS, mostly dashboard and reports software. Jepto has completely changed our way of monitoring our campaigns, depending less on dashboards and more on Slack notifications. Every morning we receive brief reports on the main KPI: Revenue and ROAS from e-commerce campaigns and Leads and Cost per Lead from lead generation ones. Each report has tailored machine learning predictions and lets us better control our monthly goals for every campaign or campaign group. We also receive weekly notifications to track the budgets for each client. This is key for less stressed campaign management, mainly for clients with a consolidated budget to be managed across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We also set up the Anomaly Detection system, which has helped us to detect failures in our campaigns, broken URL links, chatbots not working and other issues. There is excellent integration with Data Studio, and we use some data on predictions to enrich our reports for our clients. But, best of all is the collaboration with the development team. Since the first day, we chatted with Dale McGregor, Jepto's founder; he has helped us grow in our analytics skills and better understand how to adapt our way of monitoring campaigns to what Jepto is offering. We have suggested many minor improvements in the software to make things easier or faster, and most of them have been solved in less than 24 hours! Overall, our life has improved by using Jepto. We're doing the same things we did with other tools, but we invest less time in setup, less stress on managing budgets, and more control thanks to machine learning predictions and forecasts. If you are juggling managing campaigns, I strongly recommend you try Jepto. Jeptu does a lot more than that, but this is our primary purpose of using it. One example is the HTTP checker we use to monitor websites have all their links working and robots file is in order. Another amazing feature is their Google Sheets integration to use prediction algorithms and anomaly detection, which we use with a variety of client specific scenarios to great success, with automation to boot!! Good comprehensive suite of features and functionality. It's easy to understand and comprehend and experience. Jepto also offers great integrations with Google Analytics, Google AdWords as well as Facebook, this allows us to have a greater view on our marketing spend, our inconsistencies in marketing and optimizations but also provides a good way for us to see what we can improve on, such as marketing campaigns, or SEO. They send us a daily email that we check with predictions and improvements we can do in order to achieve the best results possible. **What do you dislike about Jepto?** Could have more added functionality from other platforms like Bing. The experience is great however more functionality would be an added bonus, as well as more user roles. **Recommendations to others considering Jepto:** If you're looking for a great way to see insights never before seen you should use it. You will get excellent insights and also daily updates about the performance of your campaigns and any other KPIs you set through the wonderful web interface. We have also realized where we spend too much money or not enough money, it's a great tool to understand how your campaigns behave and which focus areas you should really focus on. Things like 5% growth in organic searches, sessions, users. You can set any percent you like and track your progress over the month. The best thing is this allows you to adjust your marketing efforts at any point and see how your projections change. So if your not projected to reach your goal you can proactively adjust things like an AdWords campaign or Facebook ads or boosted posts. On top of that is has budget tracker for FB and AdWords with rollover budget tracking. You can set anomaly detection for fluxuations for any stat. Automations are excellent for tracking keyword progress in Google Search console. Automations also give you 404 warnings though the page status checker, and it also tell you if you get Google Reviews so you can reply to negative reviews in a timely manner. Jepto developers have updated the platform a couple of times since I've starting using it. All great improvements! I highly recommend this tool for any marketer. It's a stark contrast to the backward looking Analytics tools, like GA. **What do you dislike about Jepto?** The insights are good. They provide a roadmap of things that need attention. I don't like how the insights has a notification number by the menu link that seems to not go down when insights are marked resolved. Sometime you get a "There is an error on resolving ......." notice. It's difficult to get goals that are setup in GA translated to Jepto. This took a little extra time to figure out. Filters are the way I found that solve this. None of these are reasons not to use Jepto. The automation and integration with Zapier and other tools has allowed to create several notification based workflows that prompt immediate action/ account management.
