I'm the CEO of a Digital Marketing Agency, managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for many clients.

We'd been looking for better ways to monitor campaigns, and we tried many different SAAS, mostly dashboard and reports software.

Jepto has completely changed our way of monitoring our campaigns, depending less on dashboards and more on Slack notifications.

Every morning we receive brief reports on the main KPI: Revenue and ROAS from e-commerce campaigns and Leads and Cost per Lead from lead generation ones. Each report has tailored machine learning predictions and lets us better control our monthly goals for every campaign or campaign group.

We also receive weekly notifications to track the budgets for each client. This is key for less stressed campaign management, mainly for clients with a consolidated budget to be managed across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We also set up the Anomaly Detection system, which has helped us to detect failures in our campaigns, broken URL links, chatbots not working and other issues.

There is excellent integration with Data Studio, and we use some data on predictions to enrich our reports for our clients.

But, best of all is the collaboration with the development team. Since the first day, we chatted with Dale McGregor, Jepto's founder; he has helped us grow in our analytics skills and better understand how to adapt our way of monitoring campaigns to what Jepto is offering. We have suggested many minor improvements in the software to make things easier or faster, and most of them have been solved in less than 24 hours!

Overall, our life has improved by using Jepto. We're doing the same things we did with other tools, but we invest less time in setup, less stress on managing budgets, and more control thanks to machine learning predictions and forecasts.
