JADBio’s healthcare purpose-built platform provides leading-edge AI tools and automation capabilities, enabling life-science professionals to build and deploy accurate and explainable predictive models with speed and ease, even if they have no data science expertise. The platform supports preprocessing and imputation of missing values; it selects the features and modeling, tunes for hyper-parameters, and effectively tests thousands of algorithmic configurations to identify the best ones to produce the final ML model. The platform estimates its predictive performance and produces a wealth of visualizations and reports. Customers have the ability to select multiple selected feature subsets that lead to equally predictive models, build their own advanced custom models using JADBio’s extensive content library, or take off the shelf models and customize them as their own. All produced models can be downloaded in executable form, applied to an external validation set, or run manually by feeding-in the observed value of the selected features. Its a tool that helps validate our work. **What do you dislike about JADBio AutoML?** Although JADBio AutoML is affordable and user friendly it may have limitations when it comes to analyzing datasets. The limited customizing algorithms and models could potentially hinder data analysis. **What problems is JADBio AutoML solving and how is that benefiting you?** JADBio AutoML is a lifesaver for individuals like me whore nt proficient, in coding. Basically, we had a problem of unbalance between the dataset which we resolved with a workaround - using JADBio - and then we could show that there is some correlation between the class labels and our vectors. The visualizations were also very useful. **What do you dislike about JADBio AutoML?** I presume it still is being worked on and perfected. Being able to tinker with the final model may be of use, but for what we need it it's fine for now. Great tool for validating your own work. **What problems is JADBio AutoML solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can analyze data without the presence of a data scientist all the time. It allows us to get insights, get answers to problems fast, and the visualizations allow us to communicate the results to everyone. It also seems to do a good job with tweaking parameters and dealing with overfitting. ### 4. I added my data and my analysis was complete in a few minutes with just a few settings. The visualizations provided afterwards assisted me a lot to interpret the results. **What do you dislike about JADBio AutoML?** I would like to analyze many datasets in a batch. I contacted JADBio support and this will be a new feature to become available shortly. Cannot wait ! **Recommendations to others considering JADBio AutoML:** Just try it. **What problems is JADBio AutoML solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a life scientist with coding experience I know that it would take me weeks to write the code and tune the necessary algorithms for predictive modeling. As it says you need to add your data, Jadbio will do the rest. The platform can save you hours, weeks months even you don't need to write a line of code. One just needs to select the parameters and run the analysis. I am new to AutoML but this tool made me feel I did great progress.
