jaah law is cloud software for law firms and in-house legal departments. It brings the firm's legal work, finances and team into one system, so a matter can be followed from the client's first request to the invoice. Cases and hearings: each court case keeps its hearings, judgments, evidence and power of attorney in one file. A hearing is closed only with its minutes, and by default the case's lawyers get to-dos for each hearing and after a lost first-instance or appeal judgment. Consultations: each client question is one record, from the request to the written answer, with a required deadline. An approved consultation that passes its deadline turns Late by itself, and the answer can be sent to the client as a PDF. Contracts: the client signs from an e-mailed link, with no account needed. A contract with both signatures turns Valid, its instalments become draft invoices as they fall due, and its expiry is tracked. Enforcement files: the requests filed with the enforcement court and its answers, the judge's decisions, the sessions and each payment, with the balance left. Powers of attorney: principal, agents, number, dates and scanned deed in one record. The status is read from the dates, the principal and the agents get an e-mail before expiry, and each hearing checks the power of attorney its case names. Client portal: clients follow their requests, consultations, contracts (and sign them), enforcement files and powers of attorney, and the cases and hearings the firm chooses to share. Billing and accounting: invoices are created from cases, consultations, enforcement files and contracts. Clients can pay invoices online through a connected payment provider. Budgets, fixed assets, exchange rates and reports that export to Excel, PDF or CSV are in the same system. E-invoicing: invoices are confirmed in the accounting app and sent to the tax authority's platform with the business's own credentials. There is a direct connection in Saudi Arabia (FATOORA, phases 1 and 2), Jordan, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Serbia. WhatsApp: with a connected number, lawyers get hearing reminders, clients get reports, invoices and contracts as PDFs, and the team gets task, meeting, leave and expense notices. Beyond the legal apps, the same system runs tasks, timesheets, calendars and the team's HR apps: employees, attendance, time off and expenses.
