The simplicity, the level of support (for startups) when everything is new and daunting (a complete learning curb), from an understanding and knowledgeable team has been infallible. The ease of implementing key information, and the ability to get a birds-eye view of whats important to founders. To be able to understand the full dilution without willingly loosing control of our Cap Table is immense and Conor and Gabriela were awesome and supportive with getting us on the platform and through the onboarding. This software was so easy to use, especially compared to other platforms I've used. I'm able to easily go in and test different scenarios and quickly see potential outcomes. I can tell I'll be using this a lot. Above and beyond, though, is the customer support and the onboarding. The team does a great job walking through the many features and making you feel very comfortable with them.
