I find J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions to be exceptionally useful, particularly for managing my cap table and distributing equity efficiently. I appreciate the cost-effectiveness it offers compared to our previous software. The solution allows me to effectively reach our stockholders and handle equity distribution seamlessly. I also enjoy the easy setup process, supported by excellent customer service, which made transitioning smooth. The setup was straightforward with robust assistance provided throughout. The round simulation feature stands out as highly beneficial, along with the ability to effortlessly download the cap table, adding considerable value to our operations. Additionally, I am impressed by the support service, specifically from a representative named Nichelle, who is incredibly helpful and resolves issues promptly, enhancing the overall experience. This level of customer care, along with the effective functionality of the product, strongly influences my positive rating and recommendation likelihood of 10 out of 10. It's free for up to 40 seats which suits us for a small start up like ours, where level of use will be minimal for good while. What problems is J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you? I wanted to set up an ESOP/ESS and reached out to Global Shares in this regard. I can see it's helpful to manage the shareholding and equity, but can't see any facilitation of setting up the relevant scheme.
