Very quick implementation. We were up and running in a weekend. We can attach documents to each transaction, eliminating the hunt for documentation. In comparison to the leading software products in this category, Global Shares is free for less than 100 stakeholders and does not charge for implementation. They also aren't arrogant. The leading platforms require lawyers to be involved, which makes the solution unaffordable for small companies. J.P. Morgan is doing this for small companies because they want to establish relationships early. The end result is that for no cost we now have an equity platform with no data errors. As opposed to paying many thousands of dollars per year for a platform that was plain wrong. **What do you dislike about J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions?** Global Shares is a young product, and not on par with the features of more expensive and mature products. They are making changes rapidly, and the features they introduce are sometimes buggy or incomplete. I have made some suggestions for new features to Global Shares. We have tons of option holders but are still bootstrapping. The amount of option holders we have put us extremely high-cost tiers for all other cap table companies. Now that Global Shares is owned by JPM they are offering free cap table management for startups (at least from the Techstar/JPM program). It's unbeatable. ### 48.
