Only support option is through email and it takes days to get a response. **What problems is iwantmyname solving and how is that benefiting you?** They randomly refunded all of my domains and locked me out with no explanation. Every single domain I have with them are no longer accessable and I can't login to my account. Their support is non exsistant so they are basiclly holding my domains ransom while shutting down several business's I own. I can't even use my personal email that used a custom domain registered with them. ### 2. It is great if they provided deals like their competitors do but it does not yet. Sometimes I miss their renewal messages, which puts my domains at risk. It seems difficult for them to compete with the prices provided by others in the industry making it tough to solely rely on them for domain registration. **What do you dislike about iwantmyname?** The support quality uses some improvement. Sometimes it takes a long to get responses from them leading to delays, in resolving issues. Several years ago I was looking for a registrar that could offer me DNSSEC to integrate with CloudFlare. iwantmyname didn't offer it at the time, but I reached out, and in less than a week, they'd rolled out support for it and invited me to a beta test of it; worked perfectly. They support two factor authentication via the likes of Authy too, which is refreshing versus the typical SMS two factor authentication that a lot of registrars are still using, which aren't all that secure by comparison with SMS vulnerabilities being fairly common knowledge with black hat hackers. **What do you dislike about iwantmyname?** Whilst the pricing is good, it's very hard for them to compete against the wholesale prices offered by the likes of CloudFlare; this may just be how the domain registry industry is going where domains are going to be additional up-sells for other services rather than something to build a business around. They also don't support .my domains, which is disappointing and led to me using another service for them. **Recommendations to others considering iwantmyname:** If you want a good price, go with CloudFlare, but remember that they buy the domains wholesale from registries; support goes through a middleman. If you want solid support with responses within minutes to hours, go with iwantmyname. **What problems is iwantmyname solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick DNS changes, solid uptime. Their support are willing to meet your requirements, no matter how demanding they may seem on paper. Iwantmyname gave us the possibility to address the customer from our site to their site, allowing the domain purchasing, setting up the MX records and bringing back the customer to our site.
