The user-friendly interface is one of the first things that stood out to us. From the moment we started using the platform, it was clear that Ivvy was built with event professionals in mind. Ivvy does everything we need – and more. It has allowed us to scale our operations without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Whether it’s managing a large corporate function, a wedding, or a bespoke private event, the platform handles it all seamlessly.
A special mention also needs to go to their support team, who have been consistently outstanding. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, their response time has been incredibly fast – usually within 15 minutes. It’s rare to find that level of service and responsiveness, and it truly makes a difference in a fast-paced events environment.
