I like the ability to use the mobile app to scan QR/Barcode tags and instantly access the full, detailed history of my home tech assets (laptops, accessories, monitors).
The customizable fields make it very powerful, allowing me to track things like warranty dates and specific hardware specs (RAM, storage) which is essential for managing my computer equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The web interface sometimes seems more suited to large-scale corporate environments, which can make it less intuitive for individual users or those managing smaller inventories. The initial setup process for tags could be made a bit more straightforward for users like me by introducing a onboarding experience specifically for home users. With that I could tap into the platform's capabilities more quickly and easily. I think there are even more powerful features than what I have discovered so far.
