Thanks for everything! **What problems is iShoot.direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization outputs many videos, and iShoot has been a fantastic partner for the last few years in capturing and editing client testimonials remotely for us. Most of our video case studies have been sourced through iShoot. The process saves us a lot of time and alleviates the time needed to do interviews on our own. All we need to do from our end is find customers willing to participate. iShoot handles everything else with their scheduling system and production team. Their online system makes it easy to modify questions for each client and keeps informed of the progress of multiple videos On top of that, iShoot is very organized when providing us with the final files on DropBox, including all working Premiere Pro files. ### 2. They were able to create 29 videos in a couple of weeks which is an incredibly quick turnaround. Two people download the app and you are good to go. It captures the video you need. Super easy set up. **What do you like best about iShoot.direct?** The set up and explanation process was incredibly easy. **What do you dislike about iShoot.direct?** There is not much to say in this area. My experience with iShoot is minimal, but when I did use iShoot, it made recording videos incredibly easy. I guess if I had to choose, I would say the fact that you can't see the person interviewing you is kind of weird. **Recommendations to others considering iShoot.direct:** If you are conducting video testimonials or interviews, iShoot is a great resource! The quality is so much better than trying to record over a platform like zoom.
