It happened to us that during a christmas eve we got an urgent notification from one of our tenants for an urgent WO day after, and thanks to Rentpost's support they made sure to follow me via an SMS or else who checks email on christmas eve? Saved our day. **What do you dislike about RentPost?** Well I don't find anything as such apart from their historic UI/UX which they are supposedly changing **What problems is RentPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** It evolves with our needs, ensuring we have the tools necessary to manage properties effectively. Customer support is one time, on-time notifications of WO, rental applications are easily sorted by timelines (Which is btw, very important) ### 2. It solves our accounting needs well, but the lack of speed can be frustrating at times, especially when we’re in a rush to get things done. **What do you dislike about RentPost?** The dashboard seriously needs a refresh. Honestly speaking, it feels like something designed for a much older era.
