It's extremely easy to use for clients who aren't used to this kind of thing, and they can access it from tablets, phone and desktop. It's lightweight in terms of management, which is always nice. I like the interface as it's user-friendly and I can access it from any browser. The mobile apps are good and allow for two hours of connectivity even if I am idle. Setting up for teams is quite a breeze and the cost is quite low. It is mostly text-based and that makes it a lot easier to use. Sometimes the mobile app logs out for no reason and you have to sign in again. There are the rare periods of downtime when you have some important work to do.
