I've switched hosting companies, and as of this date (a month afterwards), they pricing page at https://www.ipage.com/renewal-pricing still shows $7.99 per month for a three-year term. The best part about ipage is, it offers domain and web hosting packages at a very reasonable price. And the customer support of the ipage is so good as compared to all other hostings I have taken in my working career. Our bad... the auto-renewal charged us another three years on the credit card. Granted, we should have canceled the renewal (even though we never got the notification email if such an email was sent)

The real problem is how their customer service handles the support request. It's like talking to a wall.
