IP2Location is incredibly easy to set up with the plug-and-play services I use. As long as a platform supports the API, integration is quick, and I’m up and running with minimal configuration. For my use case, the free plan provides more than enough functionality to get reliable geolocation data without needing a paid tier. It’s also been consistently dependable, service availability has been solid, and it’s always responsive when clients connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven’t had any issues with the core service itself so far. My main frustration is with the WordPress plugin limitations; features like blocking proxies are available in the underlying service, but require a paid plan to use through the plugin. It would also be helpful to have a simple IP lookup tool directly within the portal for quick checks without needing to use the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
