What do you like best about ioSENTRIX?

They actually understood the AI/ML stack. That was the big thing for us. Previous security vendors we talked to basically wanted to run a standard web app pentest and call it done. ioSENTRIX tested for things like prompt injection, model manipulation, and API-level exploits that were specific to how our AI system worked. The report mapped findings to OWASP Top 10 for LLMs which made it easy to prioritize fixes and talk to our dev team about what needed to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ioSENTRIX?

What problems is ioSENTRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were getting ready to launch an ML-based product and realized we had no idea how secure the model pipeline actually was. Our internal security team knows web apps and cloud infrastructure pretty well but nobody had experience testing AI-specific stuff like prompt injection or training data extraction. ioSENTRIX came in and tested our LLM integrations and ML models specifically, which gave us a clear picture of where we were exposed before going to production.
