The settings are simple, and creating new emails is sooooo easy. Also, if an employee forgets a password, that is also very easy to reset. **What do you dislike about IONOS VPS?** Sometimes it is a little confusing setting up a new domain (we have four). The process has never seemed to be the same, but.... we got them, and that's all that matters. **What problems is IONOS VPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** IONOS has pretty good customer support. Currently we don't have any issues. In the past, we have been blacklisted because our emails may look like spam. ### 2. A decent server can easily be acquired with promotional pricing. After that, it increases to its standard rate, however, even then, it is cheaper than alternate hosting providers. The servers are also accessible 24/7, with very low downtime, and this really helps us to maintain our reputation and build our traffic. Live Chat and Phone Support (with PIN to ensure security of account) is also provided within their dashboard, and can easily be reached. **What do you dislike about IONOS VPS?** While I generally like all that IONOS provides in their servers, the dashboard seems very cluttered and can be hard to navigate through for an average user. The servers provide me root access, so I do everything through the server and only manage billing through the IONOS dashboard, so it doesn't affect me much. Another thing I dislike is that they force us into contracts. It's one of the only hosting providers nowadays still putting users into contracts, and it can go unnoticed by the majority of customers. Therefore, you are forced to finish paying for the entire term (typically 12 months). **What problems is IONOS VPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** IONOS Servers allow me to manage my online presence for a very cheap price! However, just because the price is cheap, does not mean the quality is bad. For its price range and when compared to competitors, the server is really good and offers more than I would need. There's plenty of RAM and SSD storage, and it adds to the fast user experience it provides. ### 3. It is incredibly easy to upgrade the server to use more resources if we ever have the need and the price is incredibly manageable. We also love how easy it is to upgrade and maintain with its security tools. **What do you dislike about IONOS VPS?** It was difficult to find proper documentation after running into an obscure error. It wasn't until hours of searching that we finally called support and they directed us to the proper answer quickly. Because the company has recently switched from the old 1and1 to the new Ionos there has been a transition with documentation on the new services and software compared to the old. **Recommendations to others considering IONOS VPS:** Definitely do not hesitate to call support for Ionos Cloud if you run into any trouble. They are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the Cloud servers. We had spent too long sifting through the online documentation and got an answer and fix from support within 15 minutes! **What problems is IONOS VPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use our Ionos Cloud for our website project hosting for ourselves and our clients. We have found it to be incredibly easy to upgrade to have more storage space or RAM and can be done through the simple online portal or via calling the fantastic support, which deserves its own shout out for the amazing and knowledgeable people working there that can answer questions quickly and friendly! ### 18.
