It has access to various services and features for E-businessess. Pricing is upfront and fairly reasonable. Website has a clean and fresh, updated look and layout and design. It's simple to navigate and find services you're looking for. They offer add one and additional features. They offer clear access to a customer support and service number and contact. To create an accounting is simple and easy to find and do. Managing your account is easily accessible. They even have a blog for more information and up to date managed services and some great reads and articles about hosting and managed services. They have a clear about me section including information about ionblade and when they were first established which was in 2008 so they're a long time trusted hosting service platform.. listing details of all of the various services they have to offer, their recent ratings and reviews status of 4 stars on popular review websites and even offer a 30 day risk free trial with the option to migrate any Linux hosting based account for free! Additionally they use technology from the world’s biggest vendors including: APC, Cisco, Google, Symantec, Dell, HP, Congent Communications. This makes for an easily trusted and desirable hosting platform. Services offers are very easy to access, find out detailed information about and pricing, main features available with their website builder, TONS of features and options for any easy website building experience, recommendations of which service options would work and fit best for you and a simple and clear understanding of what you're getting when you choose a service and what's included with it. **What do you dislike about IonBlade?** I didn't really find anything about ionblade that I disliked. Some of the pricing seems a little high but if you're a larger business and or have the funds available to spend it seems worth it to have such a trusted and easy hosting platform and services available for use. **What problems is IonBlade solving and how is that benefiting you?** It eliminates having to use multiple hosting services from different websites or businesses. It offers so many hosting and website services and features right from one place. It's beneficial to make for an easy website building option and hosting services for all of your hosting needs. It takes the difficulty of having to use/ learn how to build your website, offers easy access to support; phone and chat support available 7 days a week, with problems solved quickly and more. They even offer free Anti-DDoS protection.. and additionally a HUGE list of additional web hosting features! ### 2. I never have to wait on hold for 20 mins just to talk to a person. Sometimes the tech team is busy or some of them are out on lunch but in general I get helped right away **Recommendations to others considering IonBlade:** If you're gonna switch over from your current host, make sure to find all the specs about your website like bandwidth and such. They have great customer service unlike large hosting companies that dont give a crap about you. The other is cost. I saved a good chunk of money switching over to IonBlade ### 3. They are a smaller company so everything feels very personalized and I often talk to the same people that work on my account. My site had been struggling so one of the guys let me know about their web design serivices. I went ahead and made a plan with them for a revamped website and needless to say, my site has never looked better **What do you dislike about IonBlade?** I haven't run into anything yet! so far so good **What problems is IonBlade solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love working with a smaller company rather than these huge hosting companies that couldn't care less about you and just want your money. Having excellent customer service has helped me to improve my website dramatically ### 4. They offer quality for a cheaper price **What do you dislike about IonBlade?** It is in fact a small hosting company so there are not as many people on the team there as a bigger hosting company like Host Gator. But you'll come to see that its worth it **Recommendations to others considering IonBlade:** It would be nice to have the option for a call back after opening a ticket **What problems is IonBlade solving and how is that benefiting you?** They literally have taken the long hold times on the phone and thrown it out the window. At Ionblade there's no sitting on hold for hours and there's no talking with someone overseas ### 5. The transfer was done quickly and by the end of the day all of my websites were faster than my old hosting company. I highly recommend using them because at first I was hesitant, but they handled the complete migration process without any issues and there support is very responsive to any questions that I had. On top of their great support, they were able to save me about 20% compared to my old web company. Specifically I worked with Max and James, and can't thank them enough for helping me get my websites faster and saving our company money! **What do you dislike about IonBlade?** So far there I have not noticed any issues, but if I notice and problems I will update my review. **Recommendations to others considering IonBlade:** If you have had issues with you current website company, I would recommend reaching out to them.
