GA4 doesnt do this. Dash was easy to navigate and **What do you dislike about IO Technologies?** We found it records a lot of bot traffic so data is always incorrect. Makes it hard to figure out what's real vs. fake. This heavily skews the daily number if you're traffic is on the lower side. Payments and cancellations are shady and deep in their legal fine print, so cancelling your account like any other SAAS is not easy. It will take days to cancel their most basic subscription. **What problems is IO Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went to IO from GA4 as we were looking for a simpler reporting method. ### 2. The detailed reports were a useful addition for a past business. The beautiful design makes it a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about IO Technologies?** A few additional connections that we had to configure manually and that required more setup time, but overall it is a really solid product. **What problems is IO Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although it is clear that this platform is aimed at content creators and editorial staff to measure the efficiency of their content, I would really like to see an integration with Hubspot CRM for marketing and sales purposes. A very valuable insight into consumer behavior and user engagement at a macro level. I would also like to see functionality for engagement analysis by geography. ### 3. Very helpful to see which content is good and which doesn't. The support is good, very fast response. The support helps you if you have a problem, and they listen to you if you want to change something in the tool. One of the only tools where you also can measure conversion. **What do you dislike about IO Technologies?** I don't have a big dislike. Also, HUGE fan of the widget add-in for chrome. **What do you dislike about IO Technologies?** While it is clear that this platform is eared towards content creators & editorial staff to measure the efficiency of their content, I would very much like to see an integration with Hubspot CRM for marketing & sales purposes. Very valuable insight into consumer behavior and user engagement on a macro level. I would also like to see functionality for engagement analysis by geography. **Recommendations to others considering IO Technologies:** Make sure that both your editorial team are all on board with basic knowledge of the platform. If you are just beginning implementation, make sure that everyone is including it as part of the editorial workflow. For teams that are more competitive, make a contest out of it (i.e. whoever has the most pageviews in a given week wins a prize). Anything you can do to encourage the team to embrace the data collected and better understand how they can use the data to improve their process. **What problems is IO Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the platform to better understand how our readers engagement with our content, particularly time on page s article length, referrals sources, etc. We are also using it partially for engagement metric analysis, looking at headline effectiveness, examining how our content is being consumed across multiple devices & OS's, etc. Biggest benefit in my opnion is the real time aspect of the metrics. In my role, I use it primarily to assist in driving our readers on an individual level towards relevant content. ### 14.
