InterviewSparrow Reviews & Product Details

InterviewSparrow is an AI interviewer that runs the first-round interview for hiring teams. Every candidate on a job gets the same spoken interview, built from the job description, with the screen shared and a live exercise for roles whose work is done on one. Each candidate is scored on the same seven dimensions with the same rubric, and every score is tied to quotes from the candidate's own answers, so the team can check what a score rests on. The team reads a recommendation with the evidence behind it, and a person makes the decision. Candidates who need an accommodation request it from the employer, who decides. Reports are read in the employer portal by every member of the organization. Pricing is in credits with no subscription: a 30-minute interview takes 10 credits.
