"Inexpensive Web Hosting Solution. Works pretty well"

What do you like best about InterServer?

I like that is has plenty of options on their server. I have had good support and I have used it with my wordpress site. Softaculous is on it and works really well to host wordpress blogs etc. The price I got this hosting for remains the same forever. I got it at 5/month for life. and it seems to have enough bandwidth so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterServer?

I had a little trouble figuring out login and finding the cpanel when I was logging in. But I figured it out. Making this more obvious would help. Other than that I have had no problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InterServer?

at start the service was good but day by day quality of service is degrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterServer?

I've taken the shared hosting plan, which includes nine websites. Every alternate day either all websites are temporarily down or taking too much time to load (sometimes 46 seconds). Every time you have to chat with them and tell them the whole scenario repeatedly, then in 1-3 hours, your website will be up. If you have that much time to waste, please go ahead and ruin your business. I feel like they don't care for their customer. once you pay the money and money-back days(30 days) are over, then they just don't care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering InterServer:

A BIG NO. The way they handle situations and customers, from now on, i will never recommend their service to any company or person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?

My 2 clients left because alternate days their websites were down, which i have hosted on Interserver. They are good at creating problems. If you think your website is fantastic, try them. What do you like best about InterServer?

Interserver gives unlimited storage in their hosting services and free installation of SSL certificates. The pricing is very low, and it is affordable for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterServer?

The speed of Interserver hosting is really, really slow, and I do not recommend buying hosting from here for a website that may get a lot of traffic as the website will crash on getting a little load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InterServer?

I like the attitude that they have for security concerns. It's rare to see any web hosting providers out there take security so seriously. And, server is reliable too. One of my clients' website hosted on Interserver, there was no downtime since the day I hosted the site with Interserver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterServer?

The live chat waiting period is very long. I assumed they face a lot of issues so they take time to fix them. Hire more agents to attend to live-chat assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Cheap but reliable hosting.

2) If you want your emails sent out safely, Interserver is a great choice.

"The Worst!"

What do you like best about InterServer?

Nothing, Interserver is the worst. I don't recommend anyone to purchase their services. Bad Support, 0 Uptime, Everything ZERO. Hate to say this but I regret purchasing their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is bad, No response to support tickets, not a friendly user interface, very slow. Not suggested at all. Avoid Interserver. They use Direct Admin Panel Web Control Panel which is not very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
