Every alternate day either all websites are temporarily down or taking too much time to load (sometimes 46 seconds). Every time you have to chat with them and tell them the whole scenario repeatedly, then in 1-3 hours, your website will be up. If you have that much time to waste, please go ahead and ruin your business. I feel like they don't care for their customer. once you pay the money and money-back days(30 days) are over, then they just don't care. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** A BIG NO. I'm not that good with web hosting and setting up websites when I started and needed lots of help along the way, to their credit, interserver chat support is online all the time and you can contact them with the press of a button. coming to the hosting, I used their shared hosting plan with unlimited benefits which are common among the popular web hosting providers but the speed was crucial. they use Cpanel with softaculous which makes working with wordpress so easy. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** I don't like their payment gateway which is terrible if you're using the card but they also have PayPal, so that's, not a big issue. the pricing can be a little higher than usual web hosting providers but it's worth it in my opinion. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** If you're looking to buy shared hosting, I highly recommend checking out interserver. **What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use their shared hosting plan on hosting my domains. ### 14. For a simple web hosting account you are charged $5/month. I think they even have other deals where it can be less. They also keep their servers from getting too heavy with other shared clients, and they patch/upgrade them so they seem to always offer the latest SQL server software. You can host an unlimited amount of sites with no caps on data or databases which is also nice. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** I would have to say that I wish they offered phone support but I don't think you can ask too much for $5/month. The only other thing is that they don't always seem to read their colleagues previous notes in their support cases, and you sometimes have to remind them that a previous "fix" has already been tried. I had several issues with my WordPress installation and database management, and they were quick to react. They have all types of customer service which includes an instant chat support that can be accessed right from your account dashboard. The payments are simple, they accept PayPal, which is absolutely huge for me and it's effortless to set up automatic payments via PayPal. Another thing is their pricing scheme, it's very straightforward and won't change over time like others. They also offer free domain registration with their domain service. When coming to the quality of their service, I only used their shared hosting plan and it's really fast for a shared service. Not up to the mark **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2018 **What do you like best about InterServer?** the security is good, you get a lot of security options from the start you get notifications while someone logged into your account with ip address so you can be safe about that. for your website they provide free SSL certificate that encrypts all data communication and gives your user their privacy. they provide a free domain with their shared hosting plan and it was really a nice offer. their trial is an amazing deal for just one cent you get one month of hosting. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** the performance of the servers are okay but not enough to pay$5 a month for shared hosting when there are other service which offer even cloud hosting for a much cheaper price. i once got locked out of my account and i tried contacting them, it took them over a day to confirm my account and get back to it. the oayment gateway is not good but glad they had PayPal payment gateway. the interface looks a bit old style and there aren't many options or smoothness while browsing the website. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** this is actually a rip off for $5 when you can get similar service for even cheaper price. the control panel is amazing anyways, **What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interserver is a domain hosting service. the support is good and security is also great. the hosting control panel has a lot of options and features which can be handy. ### 27. Best Hosting out there **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mathew W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2018 **What do you like best about InterServer?** interserver might be the best shared hosting out there. the most important thing about them is the pricing scheme, it's pretty flat and always $5 per month. everything in them is unlimited so you dont have to worry about your storage space running out or bandwidth cap. the performance of the servers are also great, they are extremely fast and takes a blink of an eye to load the website even with shared hosting. my website got over 4 mb of data on its homepage and takes less than a second to load, pretty impressive. they use Cpanel hosting so its pretty straightforward and everyone knows how to move on through them. the customer service is great, they got a live chat option available and reply instantly to your questions. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** the dashboard isn't appealing as other hosting services but its simple. once the server went down and took like 2 days for them to get it fixed and ended up losing all the data in it which was irritating. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** this is the best hosting in the market, they might not be the cheapest out there but the quality is great. highly recommended **What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** hosting my websites in shared servers. the servers are fast and affordable. ### 28. I had a trouble with the email system associated with my WordPress domain and they solved it in minutes. not just the customer support is quite but i also Qualified and knows what they are talking about.the pricing is comparatively good with awesome money back policy. they also offer a one cent trial which allows users to test their services for a month .thye provide you with unlimited space and bandwidth which is great for the price you pay. live chat option is always available for the user in case of an emergency which I found really helpful in the initial stages, also the G suite Integration provided by them is pretty good at an affordable price. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** the server qualities are not up to the mark, they lack in speed and response speed is really bad thta it could hurt the website's SEO badly.
