It combines an M-Lab NDT7 throughput test with separately labeled browser HTTP timing diagnostics, DNS propagation checks and TLS certificate checks. The connection workflow compares idle and loaded timing and provides support-evidence templates. Each tool documents its measurement method and limitations; HTTP failures are not presented as proof of packet loss. Basic tools work without a user account.
