I consider that Intento is a very technologically advanced software because its system is based on artificial intelligence, and this is a point in favor of the software because it is considered very innovative. Intento makes my work easier, daily I am in contact with many people around the world who speak different languages, but with Intento communication is not a problem, I can interact with them correctly and manage to sell no matter where the person is. And, finally, Intento is not inexpensive software, it fully fulfills its function and you don't have to spend a lot of time on it, it works automatically. **What do you dislike about Intento?** I have no complaints about this software, from the time I have been using it, it has worked very well for me. Intento is a very simple software with a single function that is to translate and executes it correctly. **What problems is Intento solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many people do not consider it important to have these types of software, but they are wrong. In my case, Intento has better communication with clients; it helps me make a sale with a foreign client. There are times when I have to interact with workers from other countries and we turn to this software to better communicate and express our ideas. From my point of view, the fact that this software uses artificial intelligence is already a great advantage because it makes my job easier, and it also does it the right way. Information on the website can make it or break it for a potential customer. We tried to use the regular free translation plug-in and asked native language speakers to read and assess the translation. Well, they do not give high marks to the free translation results. It means we potentially weed out so many potential clients! We got requests like "do you have your website in Vietnamese?" No - because we are not sure about the translation quality. Intento allowed access to multiple machine translation providers and automatically detects the language pair. Isn't that great! **What do you dislike about Intento?** We are new to using the translation services, and hence there was some learning curve. Maybe a free course would help? Also, some providers cost additional $$, on top of the standard licence. **What problems is Intento solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving the quality of the localized website. Singe API agreement connects the website to multiple language service providers and you can choose the best for specific localization.
