Intellyse Reviews & Product Details

Intellyse Freight Invoice Control is AI freight invoice audit software for shippers. It reads carrier invoices in any layout, by email or file, and checks every line against your contracted rates, surcharge terms, Incoterms and shipment data, across parcel, road, air, ocean and rail. Each charge is approved, held or flagged, with the rate and document behind the decision. Teams use it to stop paying overcharges and to get the money back. The Dispute Agent drafts and sends claims to carriers and tracks credit notes. Invoice Approval releases correct invoices to accounts payable with cost coding. RFQ compares carrier bids on all-in cost, surcharges included, and later checks that invoices follow the tendered rates. Cost to Serve breaks freight cost down by lane, carrier, region, product and customer from audited invoice lines. Getting started needs no IT project: forward your carrier invoices to a dedicated mailbox and share your rate cards. Results show on the platform within days, and an ERP or TMS export can be added later. Results from published pilots: EUR 601,787 recovered in credit notes in year one for an adhesive manufacturer (ocean), CHF 1.05M in annual savings identified for a machine manufacturer (air and parcel), and EUR 441K in savings identified for a consumer healthcare company (road). Intellyse AG is based in Zurich and was founded in 2023 by graduates of ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen.
