We are grateful to work with Intellimed. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** My only downside of Intellimed is the learning curve of IntelliMarket ad hoc vs IntelliClient ad hoc. I feel that the IntelliMarket ad hoc is clunky compared to IntelliClient. I imagine with more consistent use of the tool will rid me of some of the initial complaints. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** IntelliMed addresses the issue of inconsistent and anecdotal market analysis by offering a dependable, standardized source of truth. One of the most powerful features is that the data can be stratified and organized in dozens of ways according to location, provider, period, payor, diagnosis code, and many, many other ways. I would consider it a must for practices or systems for both market research and internal quality control. The customer care team is also excellent and delivers highly personalized, responsive help tailored to your needs. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** The volume of data can be overwhelming so that figuring out how to stratify it and organizing it becomes a challenge. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Market research about practice patterns in my state and how care delivery differs between various providers, practice settings, payors, and diagnoses. ### 6. They are transparent about what data they have and what they don't have. They always provide a high level of personalized service, and the customization to meet my specific needs has always been reasonable. And lastly, the most importantly thing to me is that when they don't have the answer - they don't make it up and pretend to know. It ranges from easy to use reporting to very sophisticated concepts requiring a high level of experience. Meaning good for beginners and advanced users. It is a product that we use multiple times per week. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** It does assume a fairly sophisticated level of understanding of medical terminology and concepts which can make it daunting for someone without that experience. The selection process is straightforward. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** Compared to other software programs, Intelliclient seems clunky. It works, but its user interface is the bare minimum. The data is updated quarterly, so it is the kind of thing where I'm in 4x per year. Since I'm an infrequent user, I never become familiar enough to use it to its full potential. Maybe there is something I'm missing, but it will likely remain hidden from me. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Volume from other healthcare facilities is unknown, but Intellimed provides easy access to that data from other hospitals. ### 15. They respond to your needs promptly and are not satisifed until it is resolved to your expectation. They work with you on everything to ensure that your needs are being met and continuously do so. Unlike other vendors, you do not start with a "implementation team" and then get routed to another team for ongoing issues- you work with the same person throughout your journey. But, I would say the personal response I receive from the Intellimed team. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** The WI OHO reports is the only place I can blend the inpatient and ambulatory data sets. But, some predefined groups cannot be used when using OHO. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most recently, the problem I've been trying to address is understand physician referral patterns. So, I purchased IntelliMarket Explorer to analyze the referrals. The customer support in helping me use the system was excellent (Elena Cox). I'm still trying to interpret the reports, but I think they will be helpful. ### 17.
