I appreciate the intuitive design of Intellimed’s platform, which makes it easy to independently pull, manipulate, and analyze data. The flexibility it offers allows users to conduct analyses efficiently. Additionally, their support team is consistently responsive and helpful whenever questions or issues arise. What do you dislike about Intellimed?

While the overall platform is strong, I’ve encountered occasional discrepancies in the data—most recent was an ESRI population pull that was significantly off. Although the issue was quickly resolved, it highlights the importance of validating the data before use. These one-off inaccuracies can be problematic if not caught. What do you like best about Intellimed?

Intellimed is the most powerful tool I have identified to get granular, accurate data about practice patterns, care trends, and quality of care in the inpatient setting. One of the most powerful features is that the data can be stratified and organized in dozens of ways according to location, provider, period, payor, diagnosis code, and many, many other ways. I would consider it a must for practices or systems for both market research and internal quality control. I love their customer support. The data is great, always has been. The people are what keep me renewing with them every year. If you work in data, you know it's not always straightforward. What do you like best about Intellimed?

Having worked with many data vendors for hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and consulting firms as a strategy leader, Intellimed has been a top performing firm for a few reasons. They are transparent about what data they have and what they don't have. They always provide a high level of personalized service, and the customization to meet my specific needs has always been reasonable. And lastly, the most importantly thing to me is that when they don't have the answer - they don't make it up and pretend to know. Exceptional customer service in learning tool basics and on-going support to perform more sophisticated analytics. It ranges from easy to use reporting to very sophisticated concepts requiring a high level of experience. Meaning good for beginners and advanced users. Market analysis with group practices and also with individual provider analysis. Particularly useful is the referral trends allowing me to see what other organizations are referring and to track market share.
